Fascia is a network of connective tissues running the entire body, over muscles and organs. Join us for a 90 min class giving some basic information on fascia and how to start rolling it to keep in functioning and fluid. Afer working the key areas of feet, back and hips, enjoy a little time to feel the restoration in your body. This class is appropriate for all people, even with no yoga experience.
